Q. How much does the postage and packaging cost?
A. All orders are carry a £11.50 delivery fee.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Delivery is within two to four business days providing that you place your order prior to 3pm.

A. We currently ship to the UK Mainland only.
Q. Can I choose a different delivery address, to my work for example?
A. We encourage you to arrange delivery at an address that you will be available for signature. We are unable to deliver without a signature.

A. Yes you can, once your has been placed we will contact you using the telephone number you provided and arrange a delivery day that is convenient for you.
Q. Do I need to be in to sign for the deck chairs when they arrive?
A. A signature must be available otherwise delivery can not be made.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card online to pay for my deck chair?
A. We use a well known reputable payment processor called Paypal. When paying using Paypal we never ask for or have access to your card or billing details, only your name and delivery details, all of this information is handled by Paypal on their secure servers when this payment method is chosen.
